Senior Soccer 

 

Senior Badminton

On Friday 29th April, the Senior Badminton teams (Boys A & B and Girls) battled it out for glory against teams from Northcote, Reservoir, Thornbury and Lalor North at the Darebin Community Sports Stadium. The LSC teams were strong and played impressively against some worthy opponents. There were wins, defeats, handshakes, racquet taps and most importantly Red Rooster for lunch. All three teams demonstrated impeccable sportsmanship, but it was the Boys ‘A’ team that absolutely dominated the play on the day. They are now through to the next round. May the odds be in their favour!

 

 

Senior Netball 

On Thursday the 5th of May, the senior netball teams went out to compete at Narrandjeri Stadium. Both teams trained hard in the lead up to their tournament and they both played exceptionally well on the day. In an action-packed schedule, each team managed to get a win; the boys against Reservoir (18-1) and the girls also against Reservoir (6-4). Their sportsmanship and teamwork on the day were admirable and they should be extremely proud of their efforts. They will get another chance to showcase their skills in the staff vs. senior competition on Monday 16th of May!
