On Friday 27th October, two Year 8 teams represented Lalor Secondary College at the Year 8 Futsal Zonal Tournament at the Narrandjeri Stadium in Thornbury. The tournament played host to the most talented Year 8 Futsal players from surrounding Secondary Schools in the zone. The schools participating were Lalor North Secondary, Preston High, Reservoir High, William Ruthven Secondary, St. Johns College and Thornbury High. Both teams performed strongly on the day each winning two games and losing just one.
